We are unlike many typical luxury communities - we are debt free which has allowed us the time and patience to develop Poplar Ridge as what we intended - A Lifestyle and a Legacy, an investment for your future and your family.
We began at the end of the 2008 recession and since we began debt free, we have not compromised by dramatically lowering prices or releasing lots when we were not ready.
We know how important the investment in a home is to the buyers in this community and we will continue to support them by building the highest quality homes in a fiscally responsible manner, using patience as warranted instead of seeking a quick exit, or being compelled to pursuing overly aggressive financing options.
